I picked up a kitten last night and found that there were many fleas and many blood scars on it. The mental state was not good. What should I do if I do n’t eat or drink water?

Do not salt or less salt, find a small tone, forcibly feed it, and see if it can eat it by itself. As long as it can eat it, it will be saved.
This can catch it by hand.
